After a thorough collaborative RFP process and careful consideration, Presbyterian College has selected Aramark as its new partner for dining services management.
With input gathered from students, faculty, and staff, Aramark will focus on delivering a new vision for dining on PC’s campus. Culinary excellence with knowledgeable chefs, fresh food, and healthier options; transformed dining environments in Springs Food Court and Greenville Dining Hall; and opportunities for training, recognition, and career development for current dining employees will be important aspects of this new vision for Presbyterian College dining.
“As a well-established partner that is committed to the community, Aramark will bring leadership, systems, and capital support that will help the College implement our strategic growth plans,” said Susan Maddux, PC vice president for finance and administration.
In addition, Aramark will provide more flexibility and access for students with meal plans and bring innovative and sustainable retail brands to campus, including Moe’s, Boar’s Head Deli, and a We Proudly Serve Starbucks location. Aramark will also enhance the living and learning experience through programming such as special events and themed meals.
“We are proud to partner with Presbyterian College to transform the campus experience and environment for students, faculty, and staff,” said Mary Thornton, Aramark regional vice president.
Aramark is recognized as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies by FORTUNE, rated number one among Diversified Outsourcing Companies, as well as among the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute.
